Well, that’s a tough one! You know, it’s been a hot topic for years now - why doesn’t Kosovo belong? I mean, it’s been an ongoing debate and there doesn’t seem to be any end in sight. Ya know, some say it should be part of Serbia while others argue that Kosovo should have its own independence. It’s a real conundrum! But one thing is for sure: until the international community can come to some sort of agreement, this issue ain’t gonna go away anytime soon.

Well, Milošević put an end to Kosovo’s autonomy in 1989. So, the Kosovo-Albanians called for a referendum in 1991 and declared themselves a sovereign “State of Kosovo”. Ya know, they wanted their independence!
