Most of the cats are born in the spring and rely on tourists to feed them. But when summer ends, and the tourists go home, some cats are lucky enough to find locals who take pity on them. Unfortunately, many don’t make it through winter; they either starve or get poisoned by people who don’t like cats. It’s heartbreaking.
Well, who would’ve thought it - cats in Greece! It’s true - apparently they happen to be there. I mean, it’s not like they’re everywhere, but you can find them if you look hard enough. Who knows, maybe one day we’ll all be saying “meow” in Greek!
